"User-Friendly UI, Seamless Integrations, and a Highly Responsive Growfin Team"

What do you like best about Growfin?

- The UI is extremely user-friendly. It's easy to navigate when you aren't 100% sure where to look and my team has already mentioned how easy it is to use and navigate

- We're excited about the AI analytics and know that with more data, it will improve and be something we can truly utilize

- Integrations with NS and sfdc were pretty seamless. I liked how customizable it is. If there was something we needed that Growfin didn't currently offer, our implementation/CS team is able to inform their developers and put it on their project plan for future releases. We enjoy being able to help improve Growfin and feel that they take our suggestions seriously

- The team at Growfin has also been great to work with. Implementation went very smoothly - Shreyash was organized and kept us on track. He was able to answer or investigate our questions quickly. Brian was great to work with as well! He understood our needs and was able to walk us through everything needed in order to sign our agreement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Growfin?

nothing specifically to dislike - for now it's doing everything we were looking for. We would like to see future improvements to auto tagging of emails (i.e. when the email body/title include the invoice #). But overall we are happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Growfin solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Automated touch points with the customer - previously our collections specialist was having to manually reach out to each customer. We also were not getting any responses from the dunning notices sent from Netsuite. Having these emails scheduled to go out automatically allows our collections specialist to focus on high priority or flagged items. We've already seen an increase in customer engagement with the automated emails vs the NS dunning emails

- Prioritization - previously our collections specialist was having to download a report from NS every day, review each outstanding invoice, and then determine which were a priority. This included re-reading all her notes, reviewing due dates, and $ amounts. With Growfin and the collectors dashboard, invoices are automatically flagged and prioritized for her so she can clearly see what's coming due, which have disputes, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
