What do you like best about Growfin?

What I appreciate about Growfin are its collection strategies, which allow us to send reminders to customers. I also find the platform very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Growfin?

The Mail box feature still requires further improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Growfin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since I started using Growfin, I now follow up with customers three times a month instead of just once, as we did before. These increased follow-ups have led to more frequent and earlier collections. Additionally, Growfin allows us to send supporting documents directly to customers, which has helped reduce the number of emails we receive from customers requesting specific documents.
