What do you like best about GroupID?

My favorite feature is the preview run. When you set up a new job, you can run it in preview mode to see what changes would happen if you were to actually run it. Previewing is important when you don't have a testing environment with apps such as Active Directory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupID?

It would be better if the gui didn't display a module that you aren't licensed for than displaying a note of how you don't have a license for that module when you click on it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GroupID:

Our IT Director recommended Imanami when he came on board, and it was a game-changer for us. We were growing fast and had a lot of departments creating reports with misaligned and inconsistent data between all the different systems. You couldn't trust that any of it was correct. This tool was essential for IT to get all of our company applications and business processes automated. It also saved our company staffing so much time getting user accounts set up.

Group ID support is excellent. They will walk you through your issue until fixed and the product is affordable. You won't be disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we used Group ID, our company data was inconsistent in every department. It was not uncommon for IT software, the Accounting software and the HR software to each show different user information for a single user. Now all user data, no matter which department application, matches what is in our HR application, thanks to the synching functionality of Group ID.
