Our experience with Groundswell has been excellent. The onboarding process was the easiest I’ve ever had with a tech provider, and we started seeing value from the tool on day one. We’ve already received strong feedback from our employees about how easy the platform is to use and how it’s helping them optimize their efforts. Our onboarding specialist and relationship manager have been very helpful as well—both in escalating issues when needed and in partnering with us to design a strong program. Before using Groundswell, we didn’t have a centralized way to track our corporate impact, and we were relying on an outdated process to send grant payments. Several employees also complained that they didn’t know where to find volunteer opportunities. Groundswell has made it easier for us to send donations and better engage our employees overall. Our integration with Idealist helps connect employees with opportunities no matter where they live. We can also give employees credits to support and encourage engagement in our programming.
