What do you like best about GRIN?

I'm able to keep tabs on ambassadors and measure KPIs on a monthly basis to track my team's influence, impressions, video views, and posts. It's also been super helpful being able to send ambassadors new products and gear. Now that my current ambassador team is up and running, I'm planning on expanding my ambassador team. What do you dislike about GRIN?

The only thing that I dislike is that I cannot hide old campaigns, and/or organize where they sit on the campaign page, but it sounds like they may be working on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GRIN solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ambassador relationships, with the campaigns there are clear expectations on deliverables, tasks, and ask of them. They are well aware of our needs and expectations, and what they get in return. I have realized that ambassadors want to be more involved. They want to be given props on performance, and love communication. I am able to send notes to our top performers and use them as examples to get other ambassadors wanting to perform better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
