**What do you like best about greytHR?**

What I like most about greytHR is that it brings all the essential HR activities into one place. I can quickly access my payslips, apply for leave, track attendance, and manage tax declarations without needing to contact HR for every small request. The interface is clean, simple, and easy to use, and the mobile apps make it convenient to take care of HR tasks while on the go. I also appreciate the automation of payroll, leave, and attendance processes, which saves a lot of time and helps reduce manual errors.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

While greytHR is generally easy to use, some features still take a few extra clicks to locate, especially for new users. At times, the mobile app doesn’t provide the same level of functionality as the web version, which means I have to switch to a desktop for certain tasks. Reporting, workflows, and customization options could also be more flexible, particularly for organizations with specific HR requirements.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

greytHR helps streamline routine HR processes such as attendance tracking, leave management, payroll, and employee self-service. Instead of relying on emails or manual follow-ups with HR, I can quickly access my payslips, submit leave requests, view attendance records, declare tax, and more - all in one place. This saves time, improves transparency, and makes day-to-day tasks much more efficient for both employees and the HR team.

**What do you like best about greytHR?**

As of today, in my organization, I’m currently using Greythr. What I’ve loved most is how comprehensive the HR features are. Unlike other software I’ve used, where you’re pushed into different pre-picked plans and have to start from a basic tier, here you only pay for the HR functions you actually select from their wide range of options.

I also find the customization to be completely tailored to my needs. Recently, I’ve been customizing my payroll as per the new labour codes, and they’re already on it—so yes, they do provide compliance support. It also integrates well with my tools. The best part, though, is the customer support: I don’t have to manage everything on my own or take on the extra load of getting every detail perfect, because the backend support team helps handle that for you. You care less about perfection because your performance is taken care of alongside your support team, who help you be legally compliant, with ease of getting things done, and with AI reports that are on your tip. And nothing complex, everything is easy to use and explain.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

At times, there are limitations when it comes to customizing reports to match our needs; it feels tailored only to what the system can support for specific requirements. I’ve also faced integration issues with my biometric machine, so I often have to ask my team to regularize entries because of these integration problems. Additionally, the customer support team sometimes takes time to respond, which is a concern when the TAT is very important—especially for payroll and employee leave cases related to geofencing issues, etc.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstly, it helps streamline the customization of reports, making it easier to meet our specific needs, even though there are still some limitations. The customer support team is generally responsive; when the issue isn’t too complex, they can usually get back to us within a 24-hour TAT, and I’ve noticed they’ve started adhering to this TAT more consistently now. Overall, this efficiency reduces administrative burden and contributes to smoother operations across my HR processes.

**What do you like best about greytHR?**

What I like best about greytHR is how simple it makes everyday HR tasks.
It has definitely improved convenience in my workflow, especially during month-end when I need quick access to payslips or tax-related details.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

One thing I dislike about greytHR is that the UI feels a bit outdated and navigation isn’t always smooth.

Sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to find simple things like leave history or past payslips, and the system can feel slightly slow during peak times like month-end. The mobile experience could also be improved, as it’s not always as intuitive as the web version.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

greytHR solves the problem of managing everyday HR tasks manually and through back-and-forth communication.

Earlier, things like checking leave balance, applying leave, or getting payslips required reaching out to HR, which could take time. Now everything is self-service—I can mark attendance, track leave, and download payslips instantly.

**What do you like best about greytHR?**

The software is highly intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to access all the necessary information with just a single click. Managing and organizing data for multiple employees is also simple and well-structured.

The integration of other softwares along with GreytHR are made easy and all the required datas are processed from one software to another and no need to copy paste every time you make changes.

The customer support is on point and very helpful especially during the critical stages. They have always come with solutions when required.

All our employees are solely dependant on the GreytHR portal for their payroll and tax break up data and have never heard a single complaint on the portal and most of users frequently use the portal for reimbursement and anything related to payments.

We have Implemented several different workflows and checklists for the ease of use and it works flawlessly and also helps us with less strain and copy paste work.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

There isn’t much we dislike about it, but we do wish updates would be released more frequently.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool assists with managing payroll and reimbursements, as well as tracking expense claims submitted by employees.

**What do you like best about greytHR?**

Once you get used to the tool, it’s easy to keep up with and track leave, balances, attendance, and everything else I need. I also like how easily customisable it is.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

When you move to new modules or try out something new like Payroll or Attendance, the FAQ isn’t very helpful and the support isn’t very interactive. We used to have direct support, but that has changed since the AI integrations. I find it tough to get support when I actually need it. With some effort, we eventually get the help we’re looking for, but it isn’t immediate, and the AI honestly makes it more complicated.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it helps solve leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll.

**What do you like best about greytHR?**

I use greytHR for my day-to-day HR activities like employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, HRIS, leave, payroll management, and even tracking birthdays and work anniversaries. I really like the payroll automation feature because it reduces repetitive annual calculations for salaries, deductions, taxes, and more, all without any errors. The employee self-care portal is super helpful, letting employees access their payslips, attendance, leave details, and even see upcoming holiday lists and wish others on their birthdays. GreytHR has compliance support with many reports available in statutory-required formats, which makes things like MIS reporting easy. The platform handles ESI, EPF, WWF, and PT calculations accurately, matching what's reported on official sites. It's got a user-friendly interface and setting it up was very, very easy for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

Propose to integrate WhatsApp for sending payslips, late arrival alerts, and loan amount deduction notifications.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use greytHR for automating HR tasks like onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll management. It reduces time-consuming processes by a third, prevents payroll errors, and provides easy access to employee information. The user-friendly interface and compliance support are invaluable, with statutory reports readily available.

What I like most about greytHR is how simple it makes HR tasks, payroll, attendance, and leave management are all easy to handle in one place, and it saves a lot of manual effort.

The UI can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive at times. Integrations with other tools are somewhat limited, and performance can be slow occasionally. Pricing is reasonable but could offer more value for advanced features. Support is helpful but not always quick, and onboarding takes some time to get used to.

greytHR takes care of things like salary slips, attendance, and leave tracking in one place, so I don’t have to follow up with HR for small things. It saves time, keeps everything transparent, and makes payroll and records easy to access whenever I need them.

**What do you like best about greytHR?**

In the Home page, I am getting a all in one call to actions like my salary, leave, pending approvals, and most impotantly a quote - that motivates me. That make the user expeience so nice is sleek. I was able to get autoamted payslips, getting email notification, i integrated with my mobile, performance is good in both modile and web.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

When i am using webdased login. This asking me to find my company domain, everytime i am logging it, It's not doing auto auth by using browser catch.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving operational of a company, payroll, HR related, employee management. I am getting benifited by this employee management.

**What do you like best about greytHR?**

I really like the interface of greytHR; that’s probably the main thing for me because it’s simple and easy to use daily. Since I mostly work from home, it’s really convenient that I can directly log in from the portal and mark attendance without needing a biometric system physically.  The home page is also pretty useful because I can quickly see things like attendance status, upcoming holidays, leave balance, and payslip details all in one place. Another feature I use a lot is the request or ticket section because if I face any issue, I can directly raise it through the platform itself instead of following up manually.  I also like that there’s an Engage section where employees can post updates, create polls, or wish someone on birthdays and work anniversaries. It makes the platform feel a little more interactive instead of just being an HR portal.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

Well, I don't want greytHR to show all of this on the home page. I mean, I can literally see in one click my payslips and all on the home page. Personally, I feel some sensitive things like salary-related details don’t need to be directly visible on the front page and can instead be managed somewhere inside the sidebar or another section.  Sometimes on mobile, some pages also feel a little slow while loading, especially attendance records and detailed attendance information. Apart from that, I haven’t faced many major issues while using it daily.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use greytHR to log my attendance conveniently from home without needing a physical biometric device, and I can easily view attendance status, upcoming holidays, leave balance, and payslip details all on the homepage.  It basically solves the problem of managing multiple HR-related tasks manually because most things are available in one place itself. I don’t need to contact HR for small things like checking leave balance, downloading payslips, or viewing attendance records.  It’s also helpful while working remotely because I can manage attendance, requests, and company-related information directly from the portal without depending on physical office processes.

**What do you like best about greytHR?**

Payroll and TDS accuracy has been good. The issues I raised were systematically ticketed, addressed, and resolved. Overall, the system is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

Recently, we faced two issues in Form 24Q. First, we need a pop-up alert when there is a difference between Annexure I and Annexure II. Second, for one employee, the Aadhaar–PAN linking shows as incorrect in the system, even though it was correct when we checked on the Income Tax server.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, all the problems have been resolved, and the biggest benefit for me is the time savings.
