We don't use GreyrHr very often. We use to file income tax and to distributes the payslips.

It helps us to file the income tax each year. We also distributes the payslips for all our employees.

The payroll and IT management features are a big help. Everything is well-organized, and the interface is clean. Tasks that used to take hours now just take a few clicks. Also, the platform rarely has issues—super reliable.

Nothing major. Sometimes I feel like a few reports could be more customizable, but overall it's been a great experience

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, we reach out for queries related to IT, full and final settlements, and attendance—and the greytHR support team always responds quickly. Without greytHR, managing IT and data for over 100 employees would honestly be a nightmare. It has made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you!

Its extensive feature set and user friendly UI streamline HR processes. Processes like payroll management, attendence tracking, and personal data administration are all made much more efficient by the program. its easy to use,intuitiveness, and reductionof manual labor make it very advantageous for both HR employees. The mobile app's ability to link with various regulatory requirments and provide access when traveling in other signification benefit. It has best customer support.

The customization choices offered by GreytHR are one area that may use improvement.

In terms of boosting overall productivity, ensueing compliance, andstramlining administrative tasks, GreytHR tackles a number of significant HR concerns. For example, it save a significant amount of time and low error in payroll as compared to manual procedure. The sustem also makes it easy to track the employee absence and working hours. It also help to manage tax and labor rules.

You can track all the HR related things via the same portal with just one click away, if it is about leave apply to salary tracking and payslips.

In our Organiztion our punching system is integrated with greythr, but sometimes the punchin timings reflacts in greythr portal but the attendance for the same day isn't tracked. So we have manually regularise it through our line manager.

It solves our problem for leave tracking so don't have to worry about leave balance. It shows us exact data of our leaves, so it is easy for both employers and employees.

A potential drawback of greytHR is its learning curve, as it takes time to get familiarized with the functions or feature available.Report generation is often cumbersome, with limited customization options and difficulty in generating reports quickly. Integration with third-party access applications(Biometric)  also pose challenges.Raising concerns during weekdays often leads to receiving calls for resolution on the weekend, which can be inconvenient and disrupt personal time, especially when immediate attention is needed during business hours.

To be hones the efficiency it provides to track all the past attendance data in one single window actually helped me tracked down arrears for the previous months. 

It helped me understand and analyze the past attendance data like a breeze.

Payroll process from inputs till form 16 generation and publications.  Quicker updates on the current industrial requirements, updates on legal changes will be implemented quickly

Employee lifecycle and PMS needs to be improved.

Continuously aiming towards upgradation, which is helping us.  Recent implementations like onboarding, confirmation resignation process etc are the must required options.

Before greytHR we have been relying on consulting services for manging process automation. There were numerous challenges in employee info documentation, payroll and leave management. Today we are happy with the solution provided - payroll and leave management. Support is also too good. As a professional, I find greytHR easy to use, and reliable.

There are a lot many features our plan and I think we need to explore more and use. Otherwise  we do not have any specific dislike as such.

One of the important requirement greytHR fulfills is accurate and consistent process of payroll with the right employee information and all inputs like salary structure, leave data, absence particulars etc. Good help in legal compliances like tax computing and PF/ESI aspects. Employee self service is helping employees to access information without waiting.

I am using greytHR for more than an year now and I believe it as a one stop solution for HR management. It gives you a simplified view for all your HR related activiies. It eases payroll cycle and all payroll related activities such as getting IT Statement, doing IT Declaration, adding Proof of Investments and downloading payslips. It gives you an enhanced experience for leave management, attendence tracking and claiming expenses. 
It gives you facility of SSO login via Google, Linkedin and Facebook which makes it easier to login and no need to remember another set of creds to remember for your Payroll portal. 
Gives you a great user-friendly interface that even a non-technical person can easily use the tool very efficiently. This saves a lot of time for IT Admin, Finance and HR team so that they can focus on other activities giving a very transparent view of all your activities.

greytHR streamlines all HR functions, improving efficiency, and boosting employee satisfaction.

There is a limited number of customizations available but still majority of HR work is handled smoothly.

greytHR helps in simplifying HR and payroll processes. It automates tasks like tracking day-to-day attendance, leave management, calculating salaries and managing taxes, saving a hell lot of mannual errors. This helps in making the organisation much efficient and HRs can focus on other activities to focus on efficient hiring process, talent aquisitions, managing compliances and much more . The user interface is very friendly you get a centralized view and track of your employmentship.

Support can be improved. (mainly voice support). During urgency, there is no phone no that can answer the call or support. For all such things, there is only one option help desk.

Mainly attendances and consolidation of the employees leave. Also, it has helped manage employees payroll database and calculation for the investment and income tax on salary.
