**What do you like best about greytHR?**

User-Friendly Interface,Payslip & Tax Details easy access and easy tax calculation for IT declaration. Compliance Support is good. Reduces manual effort and errors in payroll processing. Handy mobile app with essential features.

**What do you dislike about greytHR?**

Some features available on desktop are missing or limited on the mobile I have sometimes faced slow loading times or temporary outages. I get too many email or app notifications without easy control over preferences.

**What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

greytHR takes care of all those small but important HR tasks that used to take a lot of back-and-forth with the HR team. I can easily check my payslips, download tax documents, apply for leaves, track attendance, and even see company holidays—all in one place. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and just makes things a lot smoother. No more emailing HR for every little thing!

What I like best about greytHR is how easy it makes payroll and document access. I can quickly download payslips, tax documents (like Form 16), and view salary breakups without needing to reach out to HR. The portal feels clean and professional, and I like that everything I need is available in one place. It saves time and reduces back-and-forth.

While greytHR is helpful for core HR tasks, I find the interface could be more modern and responsive. The interface is greytHR’s best part. I feel that the front end is quite self navigating as compared to similar products in the market.

In my time of using greytHR, I feel that it met with a lot of technical issues/glitches which needed constant getting in touch with their IT team.

It’s a great HRIS tool, it is best fitted for smaller organisations, affordable and budget friendly. The biggest problem it solves is certainly workforce management, it has a lot to offer and makes the HR management quite efficient.

The user interface is very easy and intuitive to use. Has everything a HR portal is supposed to have all in one place. Since I use the portal daily, the the integration with internal company policies makes it easier to understand and take action accordingly. Even where there are issues, the support team is always reachable and are knowledgeable to address the concerns.

greytHR covers all of the HR portal needs. Nothing to dislike as such.

It is help full to check the attendance and leaves in standardized way and also makes it user friendly to access. This tool made our supervision work go smooth, also helps in regularization if there is any mis form our end. This also gives us more specific things to work on.

There should be a option to choose our Optional holidays directly instead of doing it from back end. Greythr should provide an access to our PF account as it will help us to view our PF passbook from the same tool.

What I like about the GreytHr is easy to use and it is popular HR and payroll software used by many small to mid sized business and the payroll process is automation we can apply leave directly and tract the attendance download pay slip this saves a lot of manual and reduce the chance of error this is user friendly.  Employee can manage many of their HE task on their own, which reduces the burden on HR team

The things which I dislike abt the GreytHR is some features in this can feel limited  or rigid and compared to website the app have limited options this is something which can be fixed

The greytHR is solving these key problems as such- manual payroll processing, compliance issue, leaves and attendance tracking, employees query - Data Error minimizes human error by centralizing and automating HR data and this  speeds up routine processes like onboarding, document management and approval.

greytyHR makes payroll and statutory compliance effortless with automated calculations, reminders and built in legal updates, so I don't have worry about the errors and penalties and also employees can easily view pay slips, apply for leave and track attendance and update personal detail with out HR intervention. The interface is clean and intuitive so even the team members even with minimal tech experience can use it comfortably, both on desktop and mobile and this is time saving

The thing which i dislike abt the greytHR is some sections require too many clicks to reach and navigations could be more streamlined and the mobile app works well for basis options and task but lacks some desktop features which can be inconvenience and sometimes the system fells slow at the peak hours especially when generating reports

greytHR is helping u streamline core HR processes like payroll, leave, attendance management while also while ensuring accurate statutory compliance earlier this task involved a lot of manual effort and were prone to delay pr errors. now automation saves considerable time each month improves accuracy and provide employees with self service access, this transparency have enhanced trust, reduced admiratives work load

For salary and HR work, it is a good software. Payslips, attendance, and leave are all in one location. simple to use. For a small business like ours, it is helpful. We used to do everything by hand and in Excel, but now it's easier.

GreytHR can occasionally become Slower, when many users are using it together. The support staff doesn't always respond fast; occasionally they take a long time.  It's also difficult to update personal information.

GreytHR is great for reviewing pay slips and appying leaves. For tax declarations and uploading tax docs to the company for HR to review,

I have had a positive experience using the portal as a Team Lead. It has been instrumental in monitoring my team members, including checking their leave applications and tracking the number of members on leave. Additionally, the portal allows me to easily access my payslips and monitor my IT reports. I also use it to manage and update my team's weekly rosters efficiently.

The roster needs to be updated manually, as it's not currently integrated with the leave request system connecting my team members leave applied.
