I love when one system can cover multiple tasks, in this case: appointment scheduling, patient portal, telehealth, prescriptions, patient records, and more. Obviously this is only a benefit if the client/doctors/etc care about actually using the data, but I see it as a benefit in strengthening the efficiency in an overwhelmed system. There's not a free trial or upfront pricing. That's a small detail, but medical offices want to know that a system will fully work before putting in the effort to switch. I'm also unsure how some systems will integrate into it, if an office doesn't want to give up everything they're already using and switch completely to Greenway.
