What do you like best about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?

Upsides include:

- GG Customer Service, Account Management, and Product Designers are consistent, solicit VOC, and are responsive

- all required QMS procedures in a single software platform

- relatively easy to implement

- user acceptance

- continued support from GG Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?

Items to (still) work on:

- please, please, please come up with a training matrix

- add ways to help prove training competencies (e.g. quiz's)

- help make it easer to get quality events into the system

- adjust the viewing permissions of lite users and consider adding temporary or limited time users (e.g. interns) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Greenlight Guru Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everyone (in-office and remote) can access required documents, and user acceptance continue to be high. The simple interface is modern and easy-to-use, yet meets the requirements in a robust manner. However, after several years using the system and having our users become more mature in using the system, I am finding there are some deficiences within the system (e.g. analytics, quality events, permissions, tasks, automated notifications).
