What I like most about Greenhouse is how customizable it is. It allows our team to tailor nearly every part of the recruiting process. From application workflows and interview stages to scorecards, automations, and reporting. Because every company recruits differently, having the flexibility to build processes around our business instead of changing our process to fit the software has been incredibly valuable. One challenge with Greenhouse is that making corrections to data can sometimes be difficult, especially when information is tied to multiple records or arrays. Certain edits require extra steps or administrative work, which can slow things down when you're trying to quickly clean up data or update reporting.
