I like that I can see real-life reviews through Great Recruiters. It makes it simple to send out requests to employees, saving me time from having to write or send messages manually for a review. It's nice to have Great Recruiters automatically send the messages, or I can simply add their information to send them myself. I love that I can track how far along I've come since I started.
