**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

The benefit is there, there is definitely a use case for the Grayscale platform. If it weren't for being so involved with other tools that provide the same or similar functionality, I would be more inclined to utilize the services.

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

Our configuration limits some of the features that I think would be the most beneficial. Specific user groups would be helpful to limit which teams have access to what information.

Currently, it doesn't solve a problem, for me. We utilize another platform that solves my ability to communicate via mass messaging.

**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

I love the ability to schedule future messages when there is no intiial response from a candidate in Recruiting. It is easy to schedule future messages with the use of nudges. Easily integrated to use with greenhouse, making it easy altogether to sync contacts. I sue this daily in my recruiting role and it has sure helped get ahold of candidates.

I currently enjoy all grayscale has to offer.

I love how seemingly the Chrome extension and notes function works. It's a time saver and a great way to build a quality candidate experience.

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

The minimal downside to this product. It was easy to install and easy to set up.

Candidates receive so many emails and spam that an interview request can get lost in their inboxes the text function really helps speed up the process and eliminate the issue of waiting for responses from both the candidate and the hiring team.

everything about greyscale has been easy and clear to use. I have not had any issues trying to get through what i need to do. I use it every single day, the ease of all of the features is wonderful. It was also very quick and easy to switch over to this system.

Grayscale is wonderful! It is helping me improve candidate communication and it was so easy to use and easy to implement too. I use it every day and there are a lot of wonderful features like bulk messaging, sticky numbers, and follow up reminders. I am really enjoying using this patform.

The only downside I have with Grayscale is that when sending a link from Calendly or another platform through  Grayscale, it does not link the interview to our ATS.

Scheduling integrations with Calendly/Greenhouse are not as complete as they could be. While grayscale allows users to click calendly links, it doesn't reflect scheduling in Greenhouse

I like that Grayscale offers me the benefit of communicating with all of our candidates in a simple and efficient manner. Texting is a very efficient way to communicate with candidates.

I wish I had more visibility with Grayscale. I have to go in and check to see if any candidates have messaged me instead of just easily getting notified. Pretty sure I have my notifications on but idk if it always works. I probably just need to recheck the settings.

I find  that I am saving time when contacting candidate at all steps of the process. Once I created all of my templates it became so simple to use. I like that I can automate some of my messages which is a great way to make sure everyone has been 'talked" to. I also like that it is intergated into the system that I already use.

I do wish there was a way to input the correct time zone when sending remainders for scheduled interviews.

Ease of use, frequency of use.  I typically send out over 200 messages in a week.  That is a great time saver.

Once you set up the name and number, you cannot make changes.  Also, some times the person is in there more than once and I would like the capability to delete the ones that I don't need.

I love the reminder option, easy way to tag co workers, and the ease of viewing candidate documents and updates.

My only complaint is maybe simplifying some steps, such as when you make a shared employee and it feels a little clunky to get through the process of having them show under another office. Other than that, no complaints!

I like that it is a texting platform. In today's day and age it is important to have a texting option. Additionally, text messages sent by one person, can be seen by the rest of the team. It creates a seamless transition for teams who do not work in the same office but need to reach out to the same candidates.

Unfortunately, it logs you out a lot. When you need to log in multiple times in a week, it can be a pain.

Grayscale provides an additional way to contact potential candidates. In a day where everyone is flooded with multiple emails in a day, an email reaching out to schedule an interview can easily be lost. Grayscale makes it easy to text someone directly from the same page you are viewing their applications.

Grayscale constantly signs out of Greenhouse, I would like to see this fixed so that I don't have to sign in and reload grayscale everyday.

Lack of flexibility with reporting is a bit frustrating.

I love how easy and fast it is to communicate with our applicants.  It has really saved me time as far as sending interview reminders (and increased the probability that they will remember the interview time).

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

For our company we all have to be assigned to everyone's "jobs" so that we can easily cover for each other if needed.  Unfortunately this means we get EVERYONE'S grayscale messages and have to sift through to see if the message is for us or not.  I wish there was an easy way to "turn on" our coverage so that we can get the other recruiters messages only if needed.

It is saving time and multiple steps.  We don't have to keep track of who interviews when and who needs reminders.

**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

I have been working in hiring blue-collars all my life. First in small agencies, then in large companies like Amazon.
The ability to quickly exchange messages via SMS with candidates is a game changer. Blue-collar hiring is completely different from white-collar hiring. Speed is of the essence here. Nobody has time to read emails. In the same way that instead of joining online meetings with a camera you simply go old-school and call directly on the phone.
As well as the way the tool itself allows us to crunch our numbers in Grayscale, I really liked the company's customer approach. We have been given a dedicated account manager who is helpful and always available (thanks Sara!).

There was no such thing! Okay, maybe one - the implementation process could go smoother and faster.

It is providing our blue-collar candidates with much better experience. These are people that need different, more real-time approach and Grayscale gives it.

I love the scheduling with the templates I have already created. I can send out reminder texts days in advance which also helps with my numbers as well. We do not use other competitors! Thats how much we like grayscale!

I think the group bulk messaging can show a task below to let me know that all of the messages have been completed and sent out. And that if the messages that wre scheduled show immediatley per candidate as well.

**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

Grayscale makes texting candidates quick and easy, and has allowed us to automate a lot of our candidate communication which is so helpful.

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

There is not anything that I dislike about using Grayscale!

**What problems is Grayscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grayscale helps my team be able to communicate with candidates quickly and easy and in a way that feels highly personalized, without having to use our personal cell phones or give out any of our own information! It always allows us to automate a lot of aspects of our process which is great.

**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

Grayscale really helps us stay connected with out candidates, allowing us to create more meaningful relationships. In addition, the integration with calendly and other scheduling tools helps to automate the scheduling process and reduce time to schedule, moving our process forward faster.

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

How slowly they have implemented their scheduling tool We have been awaiting the delivery of their scheduling tool, however, no one has listened to our request to demo and gain more info even though we are a current grayscale client.

**What problems is Grayscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing candidate drop off after apply, reduction in time spent scheduling, reduction in time spent getting ahold of information and improves quality of relationships built between candidates. We have better relationships with candidates and it makes communication so much easier. We are able to stay in touch around the clock, set up automations and spend more time on important recruiting tasks vs admin tasks.

The notification sound is too soft.  I would like it to be louder or a popup.

Being able to contact candidates without using my personal information.  Mass texting candidates is very helpful.

**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

The integration with Lever that allows multiple users to communicate with the same candidate makes for a streamlined onboarding experience. Having everything documented in the notes is a huge bonus that is not possible using apps like Zoom or Google Voice to text.

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

There is not much to dislike, sometimes the messages have a lag and I receive the email notificaiton before seeing the new message in the browser. Need to refresh often but other than that Grayscale does everything I need.

Getting into contact with candidates quickly.

**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

I like that the customer service team is always on top of any potential delays in service. If there is even the slightest chance the app isn't running up to standard, we get an email updating us as well as updates until it is resolved.

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

The only thing that we dislike about Grayscale is just the lack of automation abilities in terms of working in tandem with our current ATS. I don't believe that is solely a Grayscale issue though, that may be a Lever issue.

**What problems is Grayscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does let us connect with candidates in a way that they respond to best. It has increased our interaction with candidates as well as repsonse rates. It also lets us mass update (via text) our candidates in a quick fashion or let us schedule a text for a later time.

**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

The automated messaging capabilities are fantastic.  Grayscale integrated effortlessly with our ATS and allows us to reinforce time sensitive deadlines and confirm each step of our hiring process with each candidate. This saves us time and resources and results in a very consistent candidate experince.

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

I don't know that there is anything I "dislike" about Grayscale. I do wish that there were more scheduling options for messages.  The ability to integrate interview times and locations would be great as well, but over all product works very well for us and is exactly what I expected.

**What problems is Grayscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interview show rates have improved since implementing Grayscale. Onboarding cycle times have benifited from our use of Grayscale as well. We have a very small percentage that ops out of the messaging, which tells me it is also benefiting the candidate experience.

**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

Grayscale is very user-friendly. We like that the platform is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. The library of templates available is very helpful in creating text campaigns while being able to personalize messages sent to candidates. It's as easy as texting someone in a very conventional way. Really like it!

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

I'm not sure I can think of anything I dislike about Grayscale but definitely looking forward to updates and improvements in the future. Not that it currently needs any but always open to learning more about new features.

**What problems is Grayscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grayscale is definitely bridging the communication gap between us and the candidates. Oftentimes, candidates overlook emails but not text messages. It makes it more personable and accessible for candidates to reply casually without having to deal with the complexity of a formal email response.

**What do you like best about Grayscale?**

The integration of Grayscale with our Applicant Tracking System is a huge benefit. The training was clear and concise, and you will leave feeling like a master in the system, even if you are new to texting. One of the biggest features is automation of interview reminders. This opens up a conversation with a candidate and has led to overall great experiences.

**What do you dislike about Grayscale?**

There are a few things that can be added to Grayscale. The ability to create campaigns based on custom fields or department would be essential to building great automated drip campaigns.

**What problems is Grayscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grayscale removes the email middle man from a great candidate experience. Texting is becoming a more common practice in the recruiting space, and being able to sync Grayscale with an ATS means our recruiters have more control of their schedule.
