It’s straightforward, powerful, collects every piece of data we need, and looks great doing it. Challenges we once thought impossible have been easily solved thanks to Gravity Forms. Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about it. The user interface, both on the backend and the frontend, is excellent. Building forms and setting up notifications is a breeze, and our users find it easy to navigate. With so many options for customization, it really does feel like there are no limits to what we can accomplish. **What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?** Occasionally, after updating one of our regularly used internal forms, we have to clear our caches to prevent it from hanging. As long as we remember to do that, everything runs smoothly.
