## Gravity Forms Reviews
  ### 1. Flexible, Reliable Forms That Streamline Lead Gen and Event Registrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom P. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

What I like best about Gravity Forms is its flexibility and reliability for managing lead generation, event registrations, and website enquiries. As Head of Marketing at AOK Events, we need forms that are easy to customise, integrate well with our existing systems, and provide a smooth user experience for both clients and attendees. Gravity Forms gives us the ability to build advanced forms quickly without heavy development support, while integrations with CRM, email marketing, and automation platforms help streamline our workflows. Its scalability and ease of use have made it a valuable tool for supporting marketing campaigns and event operations efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

One limitation of Gravity Forms is that some of the more advanced functionality requires additional add-ons or custom development, which can increase both complexity and cost over time. While the platform is highly capable, the interface can occasionally feel less modern and intuitive compared to newer form-building tools. Managing and troubleshooting more complex forms or integrations can also require technical knowledge, particularly when handling large-scale event registrations or customised workflows.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Gravity Forms, we struggled with managing event registrations, lead capture, and website enquiries through a combination of basic forms, manual spreadsheets, and disconnected systems. This created delays in follow-ups, increased the risk of data errors, and required significant manual administration from the marketing team.

With Gravity Forms, we can now automate data collection and integrate submissions directly into our CRM and marketing workflows, which has significantly improved efficiency and accuracy. As a result, we’ve reduced manual processing time for registrations and enquiries by several hours each week, improved response times for new leads, and created a smoother experience for both clients and event attendees. The platform has also helped us scale campaign and event activity more effectively without increasing administrative workload.

  ### 2. Flexible and Reliable, But Add-Ons Boost Complexity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ambar L. | Web Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I use Gravity Forms to create and manage custom forms on WordPress. I love its flexibility and reliability; it handles complex form logic very well. Gravity Forms' flexibility allows me to build forms tailored to specific workflows, from simple contact forms to more complex processes. It's important that submissions, payments, and file deliveries work consistently, which Gravity Forms does well. The initial setup was completed without the need to go through a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Well... some advanced features rely on add-ons, which can increase complexity and cost. Features like complex payments flows, advanced conditional logic across multi-step forms often require multiple add-ons or custom configurations.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gravity Forms to create and manage custom forms on WordPress. It handles conditional logic, validations, and file uploads easily. Its flexibility lets me build forms tailored to complex workflows, and its reliability ensures consistent submissions and payments.

  ### 4. Powerful Integrations, Limited Styling Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve H. | Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

I really appreciate Gravity Forms for its powerful integrations and conditional logic. It integrates into a number of products using its feeds feature, allowing for several integrations with other functions and processes. This capability plugs into a whole load of different automations, making it incredibly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

It's styling features are pretty limited unless you have add-on plug-ins and features, which is probably one thing where although it's powerful in its add-on features, you can have too many add-ons.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gravity Forms is great for integrating with multiple products and powerful in conditional logic. It facilitates a range of automations by sending data to other functions and processes.

Downside of GravityForms is that it has to live inside WordPress and I can't create a stand alone form like I would with JotForm.

  ### 9. Gravity Forms: Simple, Powerful, and Limitless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bonnie B. | Lead Systems Analyst, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Gravity Forms?**

Gravity Forms powers all of our external forms—screening, intake, and more. It’s straightforward, powerful, collects every piece of data we need, and looks great doing it. Challenges we once thought impossible have been easily solved thanks to Gravity Forms.

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about it.

The user interface, both on the backend and the frontend, is excellent. Building forms and setting up notifications is a breeze, and our users find it easy to navigate. With so many options for customization, it really does feel like there are no limits to what we can accomplish.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Forms?**

Occasionally, after updating one of our regularly used internal forms, we have to clear our caches to prevent it from hanging. As long as we remember to do that, everything runs smoothly.

Beyond this minor inconvenience, I don’t have any dislikes.

**What problems is Gravity Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely on Gravity Forms to handle our complex intake needs, which often involve extensive branching and conditional logic. This lets us seamlessly recommend specific client tracks based on form responses and simplifies how donors and volunteers reach out. We also use Gravity Forms to manage surveys for gauging our brand health and other feedback, keeping everything centralized and easy to analyze. Overall, it saves us time and ensures we’re always capturing the right information from the right people.
