I really appreciate the customer support experience at Gravel Host; they were able to help me with my issues and get the server up and running in as little as two minutes, which I thought was really nice. I love their customer support and their prices, which I think are really good. I think the UI is pretty good, and overall, the UI is okay, stacking up against other UIs I've seen. I think the crash reports are a bit harder to understand than if I was running my own server. The console doesn't really explain crashes well, and it goes through a cycle crash sometimes without clarity. The RAM usage details could be improved, and it would be great if there were more in-depth tutorials on running the server, as the existing ones don't go into much detail. The initial setup was a bit complicated because of needing to sign in on multiple pages, and it was hard to find things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
