What do you like best about Gratavid?

The ease of sending a meaningful video communication with ultimate ease. The integration with donation platform to prompt tasks immediately to ensure very timely response by video to gifts. The ability to easily establish criteria and settings for creation and execution of Tasks. The ability to store and add previously recorded videos along with the new video we are creating and sending. The thing I like most is the response we receive from those who receive Gratavids from us. We have a much higher engagement rate with Gratavid than any other form of communication, and people have gone out of their way to share how much they loved receiving these videos. What do you dislike about Gratavid?

I cannot think of anything we dislike. We have some trepidation about the fact that the company was recently acquired by a larger one, and thus we are somewhat concerned about potential changes over time. That being said, we have seen no difference since the acquisition several months ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gratavid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gratavid is solving the problem of gift acknowledgment in a meaningful and timely manner. Right now it is unique and novel and we believe that because this form of communication is additive to just the written word, it will remain effective for a long time to come. We believe it will significantly increase donor retention, particularly from the first gift to the next.
