Grapevine made it easy to create and administer surveys to staff. I enjoyed being able to see the surveys analyzed by department and even answer type Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally did not see any downside to using grapevine. I thought the product did exactly what was expected and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
