I was expecting the Project Description template to contain the required sections and headers outlined in the notice I selected during the set up. The Project Description suggested a 2,500 word limit for an NSF ATE proposal and 500 words for the abstract when an actual successful NSF proposal contains more like 8000 words and an abstract can be closer to 600-750, depending on layout and font dynamics.
