I really appreciate that the people I've worked with using Graduway have been super helpful. I love that we can tailor our site extensively to fit our needs, something I hadn't realized was possible. Plus, it's an easy way for our students to connect with industry professionals and alumni, which keeps our alumni network strong. There's also a great feature where students can indicate if they're looking for mentors, and industry professionals and alumni can show if they're open to mentoring. What do you dislike about Graduway? I do think that the site isn't as user friendly or intuitive as maybe it could be. But that's where the people who work at Graduway have been helpful to fill in those gaps. But I do wish it was kind of more intuitive and more user friendly. For example, users reach out to me relatively often asking to change from "student" to "alumni". I wish they could make those changes on their own. We use Graduway site essentially as a LinkedIn for our department, helping students and alumni connect with industry professionals. It's great for networking and mentoring, especially in sports management where connections matter. Its customization and ease of building strong alumni networks are beneficial.
