I have worked with Gqueues since its inception in 2009. The thing I like best about Gqueues is how well the creator listens to requests from the community. I have seen nearly every request and suggestion I have made on the Gqueues forum come into fruition. It is an extremely affordable, easy to use app that allows users to collaborate in team queues, shared queues, and take control of task management. With tools integrated into Gmail and Google Calendare, this tool is essential to getting things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only drawback I see to gqueues is how long development can when announcing or requesting new features. It can be extremely difficult to wait for desired and helpful features to be released. There are also a variety of opinions on how repeating tasks should be handled in the system. Gqueues handles repeating tasks one at a time. New tasks don't appear on the calendar until the previous task is completed. This can make it difficult to see one's schedule ongoingly, but its something that can be worked around manually.
