What do you like best about GPTZero?

Basically, we use it to check whether a person is using GPT-generated text, or whether a contract was created by a ChatGPT model versus written by them. This helps us analyze things faster, and it also lets us understand whether the person is providing details after confirming with the legal team, or if they are submitting fake contracts. What do you dislike about GPTZero?

Nothing to complain about—everything is fine. The only issue for me is the pricing; it feels a bit high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GPTZero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically, we’re facing a problem where contracts generated by AI are sometimes completely wrong. This ends up increasing the time we spend reviewing them and also affects our performance and timelines. Because of that, we’ve decided to double-check every contract through it to confirm whether it was generated by AI, and to verify all the parameters ourselves.
