Real-time assistance and responsiveness

You can ask things on the fly, get answers inside channels or threads, so decisions get made faster.

Focus on privacy and security

Things like limiting data retention (e.g. only storing conversation logs for 30 days), using API keys, etc., are positive for many.

Learning curve & setup friction
