What do you like best about GPS Dashboard?

I like knowing where the technicians are at all times. Very helpful for when things change quickly. Makes things easier when communicating with clients on where the technicians are coming from and when they will arrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GPS Dashboard?

I wouldn't say I like the updates or the program not being up to date with new construction etc. Sometimes the program freezes up and makes things difficult when dispatching to the next job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GPS Dashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the problems that are solved is having better accuracy on when the technicians will arrive—knowing the distance between jobs, which helps put the clients at ease when we can provide a better-estimated arrival time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
