**What do you like best about GoToMyPC?**

I like that GoToMyPC's interface is relatively simple, making it easy to use. They also have a mobile app that allows me to connect remotely while on the go, which I've had to use before. It’s handy for connecting my mom to her various Zoom meetings even when I'm not near my laptop. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

My biggest issue was several years ago, when they made available an upgrade from the desktop client to a web client. There was no option not to accept it, and I wasn't able to connect my mom to her computer. Thankfully, I was visiting Seattle and, with the help of a tech, over the course of two days, I was able to get things running again. I think people should have an option to choose whether or not they want to switch to new forms of using the program, so something like that doesn't happen.

**What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GoToMyPC to repair my mom's computer remotely since she's in Seattle and I'm in Los Angeles. I also use it to connect my mom to Zoom calls with friends and FaceTime calls, so she doesn't need to remember how to use the computer controls.

Their remote access and computer monitoring were very good, and their ticketing system was solid as well.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

Goto wasn’t able to get patch management working in our environment, which is why we ultimately moved away from them.

**What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We aren’t using GoToMyPC at this time. When we did use it, we relied on it for remote management, computer asset tracking, software inventory tracking, and our ticketing system. We were also expecting it to handle patch management, which they really hyped up for us, but in the end it didn’t deliver and ultimately they failed.

I use GoToMyPC to sign in to my work computer from home, and it's been very helpful for those times when working remotely is much easier. What I like most is how easy it is to use—it's very user-friendly even for the less experienced. The connection is amazing, making it simple to work from anywhere. The initial setup was very easy with a quick and fast download, and I was up and running in about 20 minutes.

I haven't found anything I dislike yet.

GoToMyPC is simple to use and extremely reliable.  I have never had to contact customer support for any issues because it just works.  There is hardly a day that goes by that I don't use it to access my mother's PC.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

Functionally, there is nothing to dislike!  I wish it were a little cheaper.

**What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used GoToMyPC to remotely manage my mother's PC for many years.  It has enabled me to remotely fix every issue she has experienced other than hardware problems which require physical presence.  She would have been unable to use her PC in some cases while waiting for me to drive an hour and a half to her house if we didn't have GoToMyPC.

**What do you like best about GoToMyPC?**

GoToMyPC is by far the best way I have tried for remote access to work remotely.  The connection speed is fast, I have dual monitor capability and remote printing.  In addition, the customer service, when needed (which is rare) is excellent.  It is definitely the easiest way to work remotely.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

The only downside, if I had to state one, is that it is somewhat more expensive than other options I have tried.  But the connection is so much faster, it's well worth it.

**What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can work remotely as if I am in my office.  It saves me quite a bit of time not having to commute to my office 2 days a week.  It also allows me to keep up with work while I'm on vacation or out of town for any reason (if I want to).

I love how GoToMyPC feels like I'm at work, even though I am working from home due to an injury. It allows me to work and print from home, which is incredibly convenient. I also love that it saves all my passwords for my shortcuts, making it feel just like working at my office desk. The initial setup was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

I wish that it were a little faster. Sometimes it feels like it lags.

**What do you like best about GoToMyPC?**

GoToMyPC provides easy remote access from anywhere. I use it regularly from home and court and am able to quickly and easily get information from our system. It allows me to leave files back in the office and just bring essentials to court when necessary. I use it to work remotely from home as well.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

The only downside I have found so far is that it can't start my computer at work if it has been turned off for any reason.

It allows me to access items that are on my office server that for whatever reason might not be in the paper file and allows me to not have to carry around large files when outside the office.

I love that I can securely access my business PCs using GoToMyPC.  The software is easy to install and use.  I can work from wherever I am located.  It's reliable and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

From time to time I have problems printing a document but that issue seems to occur less and less.  I print less and less, so it's really not much of an issue

Go To My PC allows me to work from anywhere.  The connection is fast and easy.  And the remote printing is great !!

I haven't really found any downsides to this.  The annual user fee is getting high but what isn't these days

It was readily available several years ago.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

It was so clunky. Often having to travel to the office to reset the computer it was on. Then, out of the blue, no notice, it just stopped working.

It allowed me to work from home from a poitn of having a PC or Mac Laptop at home to my Mac at work.

Being able to log into my desktop from my phone or laptop from anywhere is crucial to my being a small business owner. I can go on vacation knowing I can tap into my non-cloud based programs as needed and take care of business. Not sure I would have been able to operate the way I have the past 12 years without it.

Only issue is sometimes if my desk top goes to sleep, I can not wake it up remotely

There isn't anything of major importance that I can think of!

It's essential for our team as a small business to be able to connect remotely to our hosts, as we have programs that are as yet not cloud-based.  GoToMyPc is an essential, if not critical to our daily operations and has proven time-and-again to be a lifesaver.

**What do you like best about GoToMyPC?**

We are a small family business and often have to access a work computer from our home and GOTOMYPC makes that process so much easier. Even if we are away from home we can access that work computer wherever we are. The cost and ease of use make this a great product that we have been using for years.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

On rare occassions the program will lock up at the host site and even though it is an option we have never succesfully been able to reboot the computer remotely to reload GOTOMYPC. That is a minor issue so barely worth mentioning since it happens so infrequently .

**What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to complete work with our accounting software whereever and whenever we need to access it.

**What do you like best about GoToMyPC?**

Gotomypc allows me full access to my workplace computer from anywhere. It was a snap to install, and one click connects me to my office.  I can print at home from my office files and I can sync files on both computers.  You do not need a tech background to either install or operate this program, it is almost idiot proof.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

I really don't have any dislikes about this program, other than the normal wish that it was cheaper.

**What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program allows me to work from any remote location with no restrictions.  It is like I am sitting at my office desk when I am using it, which allows me to work more efficiently from home and also to travel while still having access to all of my files and work programs.

**What do you like best about GoToMyPC?**

GoToMyPC is an awesome program to use, if you want to work remotely. It is super-fast and you can also print reports remotely. I work from home seven days a week now or on the run somewhere. It can also be used on your phone. A little slower due to the size of the screen but it can be done. Simple to implement. And it integrates easily into your business. If you have problems just call customer support and they will get you going.

I don't have a downside for using this product.

My favorite feature is that the screen of the remote PC is identical to what I would see using the computer directly. It has also remained relatively easy to operate.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

Expense for non-commercial user is high but the program is a good value.

**What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me access to my research lab computers from home and on the road. I can copy back and forth between computers. This allows me to always get access no matter where I am in the world. Early versions and less robust networks caused a slowdown but that is 20 years ago.

I love that I am able to log into my desktop computer from anywhere.  I can keep up with all my work and have it all located on one PC.   This is a life saver for me.  I have used this service for over 20 years.

I have not experienced a downside.  The value of the service for the cost is fair.

I am able to keep and save all my work in one location.  I also need to log into my desk top to retrieve information regularly and I am able to do so.  The main problem solving benefit is accessing my PC remotely.

GoToMyPC just works. No matter where I am on business I have instant and relaible access to my work network and can save, print, and forward any file I need to.

The cost for a singe user in my case is pretty salty, but when you're 7000 miles away from your PC is is really handy.

What I like best about GoToMyPC is its reliability and ease of use. The setup process is straightforward, and it provides seamless access to my office computer from any location. The connection is always stable, and the performance is smooth, which makes remote work efficient. Additionally, features like remote printing and file transfer are extremely helpful

GoToMyPc has been essential to my mobility and maintaining a home based business while on the road.  It has been 100% reliable and customer service - whenever needed -  has been truly wonderful.   It is one of my most valued tools.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

There isn't much I would change about GoToMyPC.  I have recently had issue with the 2-step authentification process, but there is a backup method for when that suddenly fails, so I have never been without access.

GoToMyPC allows me to access my home computer from work and my work computer from home.   I use both computers daily and the ability to access either one while still maintaining mobility is critical.

The remote printing is a great and the ability to transfer files from the remote computer to the other computer is helpful.  
It is easy to use and for training purposes to be infront of a computer and see what the remote user is doing increases the effiency of teaching and training

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about GOTOMYPC.  Any issues I have had were internet related and not Software related

It is very reliable and trustworthy product for remote access to the networks and can access files, programs while flexibility from any remote places like home or while travelling.We can sync the data in a secured way as it is encrypted with 256 bits so no need to worry about the files and content to transfer the data.

**What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?**

Linux and MacOS is not supported on this source and so from my server which is on UNIX based system, I cannot access any files and transfer it to my remote desktop.

I can access to any remote desktop of my colleagues in the company and also it is very easy to connect and also is reliable for accessing their work computers remotely. So it gives me the chances to complete my work from any space.

Gives me a secure independent log in to my work pc's.  Nice to control my remote access separate from IT provider. Resolution is good. Super easy to use.

My subscription fee went up a bunch from pre-covid. But GTMPC made me a good offer to keep me as a client.

I like GoToMyPC because it allows me to connect with remote desktops across the globe with my Mac or mobile phone. 
It also allows me to access remotely without installing a software on a local machine.

I have been using GoToMyPC since 2000 and have used it almost daily and the ease for which it allows me to be anywhere and get into my  main computer is priceless. I also love that it can now be accessed successfuly from my phone

That they don't allow monthly billing. Only annual.
