Thanks for your feedback and I personally reviewed the communication string. Your first submission was responded to in less that 10 minutes with a complete resolution in less than 2 hours. Reason? The publisher pushed updates and there were no notifications that the product had to be reinstalled. We did that and fixed the matter. Thank you for being the best sounding board to improve our experience to you and all our customers.
