GoTo Meeting is intuitive and has a friendly interface to make navigation easy. It offers excellent audio and video clarity for daily meetings even if you don't have a fiber internet connection. You can use it for collaborating with your colleagues remotely for daily work activities. You can set up a time when everyone is available and schedule the meeting so that the hosting is done automatically, making it easier to get started with your discussions. For one-time meetings, you can use your personal room that comes automatically enabled for every user. Personal meeting rooms have a permanent meeting ID to distinguish them from the rest, making it easier for people to join them when the meeting is due. GoTo Meeting offers various means of sharing, namely screen sharing and file sharing. GoTo Meeting has significantly reduced the need to send files via email or rely on third-party cloud hosts like Dropbox to send files to your colleagues. You can simply drag and drop the file into the chat and it'll begin uploading automatically to the recipient. Similarly, screen sharing is excellent and can help share anything from your screen or a particular window during remote work sessions. Compared to its competitors, GoTo Meeting's free plan contains a lot of limits on participants, duration, and many features vital for daily collaboration and webinars. My company has had a work from home policy in place since the beginning of COVID and GoTo Meeting has been one of the key solutions in this environment. It allows us to communicate reliably regardless of distance when we're working from home. We can see each other face-to-face through video meetings, whether on a stationary device like computers or portable ones like mobile phones and laptops. GoTo Meeting helps immensely in carrying out daily tasks through screen sharing and whiteboarding, as they allow us to brainstorm and stay on the same page. GoTo Meeting supports instant messaging, which helps in the place of meetings for quick communication needs. GoTo Meeting has also made it easier to stay productive as all our colleagues are within immediate reach when we're doing our daily work tasks. We can solve run-time errors and syntax issues with our work immediately by screen sharing and gathering immediate feedback.
