Gorilla is easy to use, enabling you to build almost any design you need. The range of functionality is astounding, and constantly broadening. Small things, nothing that prevents return use. The data outputs can be excessive and require pre-processing/reformatting before they're usable/integratable into the next steps (i.e. analysis). More flexibility on structure of the output would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
