What I like best about GoRev is the support provided by Brody. He is knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He takes the time to explain things clearly and work through questions with me, which makes my day-to-day billing work easier. Some features take time to learn, and more built-in guidance would make navigating GoRev easier. My main area for improvement is the ability to create custom reports without having to submit a request to a developer. At previous companies I’ve worked for, we had access to the data and could build reports based on our specific needs. Having that flexibility in GoRev would save time and make it easier to get the information we need.
