What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Is an easy option to receive, monitor and get in control with customers request. Also provides security by choosing who is able to see, edit or change. Provides real-time reports with trends and behavior of the customer requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Should be able to receive batch data loads, as products, states, cities, etcetera. Also, the actions based on the chosen option is not that accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Is probably the best way to act fast and help CRM while making a long-term plan, once implanted you can see the benefits live! To be a free option is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
