Google Workspace excels at real-time collaboration and ease of use. The ability for multiple users to simultaneously edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with minimal friction is extremely valuable. Tools like Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Calendar integrate seamlessly, making it easy to share files, manage permissions, and collaborate across teams regardless of location. Advanced functionality can be limited compared to desktop-based alternatives, particularly in areas like complex data analysis in Sheets or advanced formatting and design in Docs and Slides. The primary use for Google Workspace is to facilitate ongoing service task coordination and handover between teams internally. I make heavy use of Docs sharing for process notes, Drive for file storage related to clients, and Calendar for scheduling delivery timing for projects currently underway. The benefit is reduced dependency on email for that information and being more on the same page.

If there are many shared documents in use simultaneously, it requires a lot of effort to make sure that names are clear to avoid confusion.

Google Workspace can be very useful for keeping day to day operations moving forward. For example, i use Gmail for all internal and client-related communication, Google Calendar for keeping track of my schedules, and Google Sheets for keeping track of basic operational updates. It makes much easier to respond quickly and avoid missing important details of the day.

One issue with notifications is that these can become overwhelming if there are multiple documents being shard and updated. This can prove distracting at times.

Google Workspace feels like the perfect place to stay organized, whether for everyday life or for anyone working in a company. The ecosystem is strong, and all the integrations and tools make things easier to manage. Even though many of the resources and integrations are almost free, the main downside for me could be storage. Still, it doesn’t feel like a huge cost overall. AI features are seamlessly integrated and boost your experience. All the user interface is pretty friendly user, which allows to introduce it and adopt it pretty quickly.

Storage might be a showstopper for some people. However, the cost isn’t all that high.

I think the thing I like the most about Google Workspace is how convenient it is to use. I can manage everything from writing my book to saving documents to opening documents everywhere. It's just a very reliable product to work with. I also like the sharing features that it offers, which allow you to share things with other people and save stuff well, especially when someone shares something with you.

The only thing I don't like is they don't have cheaper plans for small teams.

While the product protects end-users's privacy from the admins, this is not very helpful for investigations or findings validation and 3rd party tools are required to implement end-to-end processes.

It’s very user-friendly and easy for end users to understand and operate. I also like Google Gemini.

It’s much more expensive compared to the Microsoft mail server, and even with the basic license they only provide the Gmeet recording function.

It’s solving my mail server problem, and with this I can handle all cloud storage, Google Meet, the mail server, and Google Sheets access in one place.

Google Workspace has an easy-to-use interface that is clear and simple, and it requires little setup and quick implementation.  It provides many tools for productivity, teamwork, and communication.  Google services and third-party tools are seamlessly integrated.  Although response times can differ depending on the plan, customer service is usually dependable.  It is widely used on a daily basis because of its accessibility and collaborative features.

Although Google Workspace is simple to use, complex spreadsheet tasks and sophisticated document formatting may feel constrained.  Managing permissions across large teams can occasionally become confusing, and offline functionality is not always dependable.

I really like how all the tools are integrated. Using Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive together makes collaboration very simple. The ability to share files instantly and work on them with others in real-time is a huge time-saver for me.

Sometimes the search function in Google Drive can be a bit slow when searching through a large number of files. Also, the offline mode occasionally takes time to sync once the internet is back.

Some of the apps feel too basic for advance work. Also pricing is also in higher side.

This helps to keep communication, meetings, files and documents all in one place instead. Before this product we used to spend too much time emailing files back and forth and dealing with version confusion. But after using this we work on same documents live, which saves time and reduces mistakes. It is not perfect for advance tasks, but overall colloboration and productivity improved a lot for our team.

The best part is that I don't have to think about it. Everything is just there. I can start a Doc on my laptop, make a quick edit on my phone while I'm grabbed coffee, and my teammates see it instantly. No "Final_v2_edit" files flying around in emails. Sharing a folder is two clicks, and the fact that Meet, Drive, and Gmail are all under one login saves me so much mental energy every morning. It’s the least stressful part of my tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

It’s not perfect, though. If you’re a power user who needs crazy Excel-level formatting, Sheets can feel a bit basic. Also, trying to preview a huge PDF in Drive is still surprisingly slow, I usually just end up downloading it to save time. And if my Wi-Fi is even slightly spotty, Meet is the first thing to start lagging, which is a pain during client calls.

Years later, and I still love that Google products in general follow me from phone number to phone number as well as device to device. So, I never lose important documents and information. It is my go-to now and preference over MS products, especially with the introduction of its new AI generator, Banana Editor. 

I also recently built out company's intranet site using Google Sites as well as mini-websites for our insurance agents. It was easy to duplicate a single website to create the next agent's site. I was able to get several websites deployed in a few hours.

I am not a big fan of Google Meet. The video quality needs to be better, in comparison to other platforms.

I enjoy the expansive options and all the integrated features of Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc., and how they can easily work with multiple programs and integrate easily across platforms. As a small business, Google Workspace solves many of the high-level problems we have to grow the business. It's easy to add new users, integrate them into team drives, and manage group storage and pricing across the division. The initial setup of Google Workspace was very easy and clear.

**What do you dislike about Google Workspace?**

Support could be more helpful. It is hard to gain access to anyone specifically to help work through integration options and flexibility. I think this addition would add significant improvement across the board.

Google Workspace handles email domain management, company communication, and user setup. It integrates team drives and manages group storage and pricing for our business, helping us grow seamlessly.

multiple users can work on the same document in Google Docs, Google Sheets and having no file file locking issues. Easy to use and manage. now after AI gemini integration things become more easier for administrators.

Technical support is not that good as compare to M 365 Gmail interface is not that good as compare to outlook. Storage is very less in basic stater plan as compare to M 365 business basic

Previously used it for continuously 5 years and then later shifted to M 365 cost is less actually as compare to M 365 in starter and mid plans.

What I dislike about Google workspace is advance feature can feel limited compared to some desktop tools. Large file in sheet can slow down and the managing permission across many shared folder can get confused. it work good overall but it's not perfect in every solution

Google work space solve the problem of scattered tools and poor collaboration. It put emails document storage and calendar in one place. That helps my team work together in real time reduce back and forth email and make it easy to access file from anywhere which saves times and keep work moving

I like how everything is integrated and functions well across the entire platform. I haven't used any onboarding services. The AI is pretty good and gives solid recommendations. It's extremely helpful when creating sheet documents.
