I love the cross platform syncing. It allows us to be able to have our notes any time any place. It is wonderful to be able to not have to think. The lack of ability to have the keep notes sync to the google drive sometimes can be tedious. Lack of other small features, such as drawing sketches, voice memos, and document scanning keep this from being an utterly perfect product. Recommendations to others considering Google Workspace: I think to take in consideration when looking at google keep it would be wise to think of all the features you need to use it for. The fact that the product is free means that you can use it in a trail sense and if you feel it is lacking then you can move right on to another area. Screenshots, notes, lists, document scanning, all these thing are important to think about when you are considering choosing google keep over one of its competitors. Being able to share notes, be able to communicate lists and meeting agendas all from one platform that you can access from anywhere in the world is an amazing thing for our company to be able to use.
