Let participants know your expectations for having cameras or mics muted or unmuted beforehand. This is such an easy way to meet any size group. Be sure to share the link exactly as you want them to be able to click - it also has a dial in option and participants have to copy and paste to just get the join only link. What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's been so much. We have had whole staff meetings, team meetings and one to one trainings. There's been times where we were tasked with doing something which was hard to understand and we helped each other or the IT person was able to individualize assistance. I have been able, also, to connect with students in real time. They were comfortable with the format with teaching/learning and we also sometimes just hung out to chat when students needed that human connection.
