What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I like that Google Workspace makes it easy to collaborate, communicate, and stay organized without having to jump between multiple platforms. Real-time collaboration in Docs and Sheets, easy file sharing through Drive, and the integration between Gmail, Calendar, and Meet make day-to-day work much more efficient. I especially appreciate having a single, accessible source of information where teams can work together, share feedback, and keep things up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Some features feel limited compared to dedicated desktop applications, particularly when working with complex spreadsheets or documents that require more advanced formatting. Google Drive can also become difficult to navigate as shared files and folders accumulate, and managing permissions isn't always intuitive. Gmail search and email organization could be more streamlined, especially when managing lengthy conversations. What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes day-to-day collaboration and communication much more efficient by bringing email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets, and video meetings into one connected platform. It reduces the need for back-and-forth communication, makes it easy to share and collaborate on work in real time, and provides a centralized place to access information.
