"Google Workspace Makes Engineering Documentation Accessible and Collaborative"
4/5
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is a great tool that allows keeping engineering documentation easily accessible to the whole team. I can use Docs to keep engineering documentation such as design notes and specifications, Sheets to arrange my test readings or component information, and Drive to store my reference files. The ability to edit simultaneously is especially useful for reviewing technical information by several engineers as it allows seeing edits instantly and leaving comments to particular parts. What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

In the process of engineering projects, a huge amount of drawings, spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation is created. It is hard to find the latest version without proper structure and naming of the files. Also, engineering calculations performed on spreadsheet have some limitations comparing to dedicated engineering software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
