What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace proves useful when many users have to access the same piece of information simultaneously. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar work well together. Version control and real-time edits solve the common issue of multiple copies of one document. New users can also use it right away since the UI is intuitive and unified across the whole suite. What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The major pain point is organization issues when growing. Shared drives tend to accumulate outdated, duplicate and badly structured data unless governance processes are set up properly. Sheets is a good tool for everyday business analysis, yet not the best option for massive datasets or advanced BI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

It eliminates frictions of everyday collaboration. Users can discuss via Gmail or Chat, work with the right document in Docs or Sheets, schedule meetings in Calendar and discuss everything in Meet without transferring the information between apps.
