What I like best about Google Workspace is how seamlessly everything works together in one ecosystem like real time collaboration & Cloud based.

All tools integrated in one ecosystem like

Gmail (email)

Google Meet (meetings)

Google Calendar (scheduling)

Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive.

Easy to use such as Clean, simple interface

Most people already know Gmail → easy adoption

Works on browser (no installation needed)

Perfect for teamwork & remote work such as

Share files instantly with permissions (view/edit/comment)

Video meetings + chat + file sharing in one place

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

What i dislike about Google Workspace is Storage Management

Storage is shared across services like Google Drive and Gmail, so it can fill up quickly, especially for teams handling large files.

Limited features vs desktop tools:.

Compared to apps like Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word:

Google Sheets has fewer advanced formulas, macros, and data tools

Google Docs lacks deep formatting and layout controlInternet dependency

Works best with internet

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?
