What I like most is how accurate and dependable it is for finding places and getting directions. Whether I’m traveling to a client’s office, visiting a new location, or just looking for a nearby restaurant or store, it usually gives me what I need within a few seconds. The live traffic updates are also very helpful. Before I start a trip, I can quickly check the fastest route, see if there are any delays, and switch to an alternate route when needed. That has saved me a lot of time, especially during peak traffic hours. Another feature I use regularly is the business information. Being able to view opening hours, reviews, photos, contact details, and navigation all in one place makes it much easier to decide where to go without having to search across multiple websites. Overall, it’s one of those apps I use almost every day. What do you dislike about Google Maps Platform? I don’t have any major complaints, but there are a few situations where it could be better. At times, the estimated arrival time shifts quite a bit when traffic conditions change suddenly, so I don’t always depend on it when I’m on a very tight schedule. I’ve also run into a few cases where business hours or contact details were outdated, and sometimes a newly opened location takes a while to show up. It’s not very common, but it does happen from time to time. Other than that, my experience has been very good. The maps are accurate, the navigation is reliable, and it has consistently helped me get where I need to go without much hassle. What problems is Google Maps Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? Google Maps Platform helps me find places quickly and get there without wasting time. Rather than asking for directions or guessing between different routes, I can search for a location, follow turn-by-turn navigation, and choose the best route based on current traffic conditions. It’s also useful for discovering nearby restaurants, fuel stations, hotels, ATMs, and other services when I’m in an unfamiliar area. Having reviews, photos, and business hours all in one place makes it much easier to compare options and decide where to go. The biggest benefit for me is the time it saves. Whether I’m commuting, traveling with my family, or visiting somewhere new, I can plan my route with confidence and avoid unnecessary delays.
