"The Fastest Way to Gather Input, Built Directly Into the Google Ecosystem"

5/5

What do you like best about Google Forms?

What I like most about Google Forms is how fast you can go from having an idea to collecting actual data, without any technical setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Forms?

The design and customization options are quite limited compared to standalone survey tools like Typeform or Jotform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Google Forms, collecting feedback or team responses meant digging through messy email threads, chat messages, or static Word documents. Consolidating that input into a single place was tedious and error-prone. Google Forms solved this by standardizing how we gather information. The direct benefit is efficiency: every submission is structured identically and piped into a connected Google Sheet instantly. It eliminates manual data entry, cuts down hours of coordination time, and gives us clear, actionable answers within minutes of sending a link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
