What do you like best about Google Docs?

The browser-based accessibility across desktop and mobile devices is what I like best. There is no software installation required, documents load instantly, and granular sharing permissions make it simple to securely share drafts with external clients and team members for instant feedback. What do you dislike about Google Docs?

Organizing and managing shared documents becomes cluttered over time, as permissions can be tricky to audit across larger teams. Native referencing and citation tools are also fairly limited for formal reports, requiring third-party add-ons to achieve what traditional word processing software provides out of the box. What problems is Google Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Google Docs, we struggled with endless email attachment chains, accidental overwrites, and managing static file versions across team members. With Google Docs, our entire team collaborates simultaneously inside a single live file with full revision history.
