I like how smoothly Google Cloud Translation API fits into our applications and overall workflow. The API is easy to integrate, and its language support is especially helpful when we’re working with multilingual content. Translations are fast enough for day-to-day use, and the documentation, along with the Google Cloud setup process, makes it simpler to get started and stay on track. I also appreciate that it can translate content automatically instead of requiring us to do everything manually, which saves time when we’re dealing with large volumes of text. The main thing I dislike is that the initial setup can feel a bit complicated if you’re new to Google Cloud. Before you can really get started, there are several settings to work through, including APIs, authentication, billing, and permissions. Pricing can also be hard to estimate as usage grows, especially for applications that need a large volume of translated content. The API itself performs well, but clearer pricing examples and a simpler onboarding experience would make it much easier for new users. More straightforward guidance on choosing the right translation features would be helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
