I have reached to to Goodwin on multiple matters related to privacy compliance questions related to GDPR, CCPA and other applicable privacy regulations. I have also reached out to Goodwin for help with complex commercial transactions and negotiations and have also at times use Goodwin for corporate governance and due diligence for VC funding rounds. What do you like best about Goodwin?

I like the wealth of knowledge, talented lawyers, and the fact that they put customer services first and provide high quality customer services as well as first-class legal advisement. I really love the fact that the lawyers do not try to show off how smart and talented they are but are very down to earth and friendly, and do all they can to help their clients succeed their ultimate goals. What do you dislike about Goodwin?

There is nothing I dislike (besides maybe the costly fees but that is typical for a first-tier big law firm). I would say that more law firms could model their customer service to be like Goodwin as I have nothing but pleasant experiences with Goodwin - unlike other firms I have worked with in the past. Recommendations to others considering Goodwin:

I would say make sure you have the resources to leverage Goodwin sufficiently so that you have them assist and use the hours and experts as much as you need. If you are budgeting and only able to use them for a few hours less than adequate, then you would be wasting money and not getting the full value of the firm and their talented group of employees.
