"Smooth, Simple Note-Taking with Powerful Brainstorming and Audio Transcription"
4/5
What do you like best about Goodnotes?

One of the finest note-taking software options, with multiple editing, planning, and transcription features. One of the best use cases for me is brainstorming: I create one notepad for each client and write ideas, suggestions, and key highlight points in it, then share it with them so they can add their own suggestions.

Another thing I like is that the user interface is simple to use and easy to share with others. It can be integrated with any device and opens without hassle.

One more great feature is the audio transcripts. I record meetings with clients to remember small details and references, and Goodnotes transcribes them into text for me while also keeping the audio. This is very helpful. Even with multiple clients’ data, the app performance stays smooth and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goodnotes?

Sometimes syncing doesn’t work properly across devices. For example, once I added data and shared it with a client, but he said it didn’t get updated on his side.

Also, large files can get a little slow. When I add all clients’ data into one file, it becomes a bit sluggish, so I ended up creating a new file.

One suggestion: the templates are good, but it would be helpful to add more specific templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
