I like that Goodnotes has been around for a while and is super reliable. I appreciate that they're always adding updates and new features, even if I don't use every single one, it's nice to have the options. They're also really good about feedback, and whenever I've had issues, they've been super quick to help out. I love the new tape feature for keeping things visually interesting and use the shape feature a lot. The handwriting recognition is super useful, and I've been using all the standard pen tool options on my iPad. GoodNotes recognizes all the styluses I use, which is great, and their audio transcription feature is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I struggle a little bit with the AI. Sometimes it doesn't always capture the intent I'm trying to have on some of my notes. Also, sometimes GoodNotes can get a little cluttered with so many amazing tools, the UI sometimes can be a lot to navigate.
