What do you like best about GoodData?

The level of detail that can be used to customize your own dashboards and reports. It provides you with very powerful tools, that with a minimum amount of learning time, will allow you to produce the custom reporting from Zendesk you desire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodData?

We are on the Standard Zendesk, and you can Only set the data to Synch once every 24hours with the Zendesk Cloud. If you are on the Enterprise edition of Zendesk, you can schedule Hourly data synchronization. I appreciate the extensive variety of data available and the powerful manipulation capabilities. We have access to a broad range of data sources, which makes it easy to create customizable dashboards. What I like best about GoodData is how clean and customizable the dashboards are. It makes it really easy to present complex data in a way that’s simple for both technical and non-technical users to understand. What do you like best about GoodData?

The data model view is well-designed and intuitive. The organisation of dashboards and dashtabs is user-friendly, making navigation straightforward. Managing users is simple and maintenance is hassle-free. Customer support is responsive and always willing to help. Connecting with Keboola is also easy due to the existing Keboola component. What do you dislike about GoodData?

It is inconvenient that all metrics must be created from scratch, as there is no option to use predefined ones. Additionally, the dashboards cannot be resized, and there is no way to unlink filters between different dashtabs. Another limitation is the lack of a logarithmic scale for graphs. "Versitile but maybe too complex tool"

What do you like best about GoodData?

I like that Good Data is a versatile tool - you can achieve very much with it once you get the grip of it. It also has a very good support so if you ca't find sometging in the documentation or you need to get back to the state from day before, they react very quickly and almost every time solve the problem to customer's satisfaction.

I like that there's an integration of GoodData in Keboola so you can use those 2 tools quite easily together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodData?

Learning how to work with GoodData is not intuitive - I can't imagine learning it by myself as I did with other reporting tools.

When working with documentacion, it's difficult to distinguish what is it for: Good Data Platform or Good Data Cloud (even when it's for Platform it's usually for a newer version so if you're using old GD, you have to ask Support a lot). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
