What do you like best about GoodAccess?

I love how easy it is to set up GoodAccess, and the fact that it works smoothly on both Windows and Mac is a big plus. They provide simple tools to prioritize the network through the VPN, and impressively, it doesn't impact speed—I haven't noticed any performance degradation using the VPN daily. It's also cost-effective for startups, which is fantastic for us. We switched from Perimeter81 to GoodAccess because of better performance, better price points, and the ease of setting up enterprise SSO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoodAccess?

It occasionally does have some software issues on Windows - where the only solution is we need to kill the app and restart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoodAccess solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use GoodAccess for HIPAA compliant VPN and static IP access control, critical for compliance. It's easy to set up, works on Windows and Mac, has network prioritization tools, and doesn't affect speed. Great for startups with small IT teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
