What do you like best about Good Egg?

The ease of sending job applicants the link to fill in the background check questionnaire, the timeliness of the reporting, and the ease with which the reports can be printed out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Good Egg?

The ownership and payment posting processes are very confusing. GoodEgg is owned by Foley, a trucking company. I think the BGC is processed through Foley and payments also go through Foley. The process is clunky -- not seamless at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Good Egg:

I would not hesitate to recommend Good Egg. They assigned me an exceptional account manager who responds in a very timely manner and addresses each issue to my satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Good Egg solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had two timing issues where the BGC would not be back prior to the hire date and I-9 requirements. My account manager did an excellent job getting that pushed up for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
