"GolfNow Pro: Thoughtful Training, Top-Notch Support, and a Powerful Tee Sheet"

What do you like best about GolfNow Pro?

GolfNow Pro is great because they’ve thought of everything. Once you get GN, you’re prompted to complete training through the Academy feature, which walks you through every process, from checking in golfers to running reports. After you finish the Academy, you’re ready to start using GN, and if you need help with anything, there’s a walkthrough option that will literally guide you in real time through whatever you’re trying to do.

Customer service is always great, too. The tee sheet is the best part for me. It has so many useful features, like multi-booking, drag-and-drop changes to tee times, setting standing tee times, adding notes to the tee sheet, and a bulk update option that saves me a lot of time. The speed and reliability of GN Pro are top-notch. In my opinion, nothing compares to GN Pro, and the POS is designed perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GolfNow Pro?

What problems is GolfNow Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

With GN Pro, I can run any report at any time, and that has been very beneficial. Before we started using GN, I couldn’t easily look up the number of rounds played or get a clear view of what our inventory looked like. When you book an 18-hole round of golf, it automatically blocks off the tee times for when players should make the turn, so you don’t end up putting golfers on the tee box during that window. That feature has really helped eliminate congestion on the tee box and has made for a great experience for our golfers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
