What do you like best about GoldStar?

Their web platform is much easier to use after the last update. The GPS devices are small, discreet, and fairly easy to install. Plus, their customer service is excellent. The few times we had any issues, they were quick to reply with a fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoldStar?

We used their devices as an up-sell product to customers. The core GoldStar product was designed for fleet management, so there were a few bumps in the road when it came to setting up and distributing to our clients. They have since improved on this concept, so that isn't as much of an issue anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoldStar solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the product for both fleet management and as a purchase option for our customers. It has worked great in both regards. All of our courtesy shuttles and rental cars are equipped with their trackers. The GPS boundaries and speed limit alerts are extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
