**What do you like best about GoldMine?**

I appreciate GoldMine’s deep, customizable contact profiling and layered segmentation functionality as it fits perfectly with my market research workflow. Its detailed contact record system allows me to attach full context to each survey respondent imported from SurveySparrow. GoldMine stores everything from demographic data, company industry, location, past survey response scores, to a timeline of every outreach I’ve made. This makes it easy to understand each participant's past opinions without navigating between spreadsheets or exports. The flexible custom tagging and multi-condition filtering are standout features, enabling me to create hyper-targeted research groups quickly by tagging respondents based on metrics like satisfaction level or business vertical. Its permanent interaction log is also valuable, as I can track every email reminder and follow-up, preventing repetitive messaging and ensuring seamless handoffs within my team. Additionally, GoldMine prioritizes structured long-term data storage over sales-focused automation, which suits my need for archiving years of customer feedback rather than managing sales pipelines.

**What do you dislike about GoldMine?**

GoldMine’s overall interface design comes across dated and performs sluggishly whenever I work with large respondent datasets pulled from SurveySparrow. After importing hundreds of completed survey entries, any subsequent action triggers obvious loading lag, forcing me to wait several seconds each time I adjust filter criteria or switch report tabs. The dashboard layout is packed full of sales-centric modules that our market research team has zero use for, including opportunity tracking panels, sales pipeline charts, deal value dashboards and client revenue tracking widgets. These irrelevant sections crowd the screen with unnecessary visual clutter, making it harder to quickly locate respondent contact lists and survey feedback archives. All those unused sales components also weigh down the system’s performance, lengthening load times when jumping between individual participant profiles or bulk survey respondent folders. With no built-in option to hide or disable these sales-focused widgets permanently, I’m stuck navigating a bloated, unfocused workspace every day, which steadily eats into the time I could spend analyzing customer feedback from SurveySparrow instead of waiting for slow interface responses.

GoldMine centralizes scattered respondent data, prevents duplicate outreach, allows advanced segmentation for niche research, and streamlines reporting for leadership discussions, enhancing my market research workflows.

**What do you like best about GoldMine?**

I found the integration with GoldMine to be very easy and seamless, which helped me keep everything up to date. This made managing my schedule and ensuring we weren't falling behind much easier. I appreciated that GoldMine is intuitive, easy to navigate, and competitive compared to other industry leaders. The report-generating features are robust, providing structured data, and specific information. It integrates well with other tools like email and ZoomInfo. I'm thrilled with my experience using GoldMine as it simplifies my work life significantly. The competitive price and uncomplicated licensing are a huge plus, making it easy to implement and subscribe. The setup stood out too; it was seamless, and our IT team didn't experience any disruptions during the change. GoldMine did its thing in the background without issues.

**What do you dislike about GoldMine?**

I think it needs to up its game with AI. The way AI is being leveraged a lot within other CRMs that are more costly, GoldMine needs to catch up a bit more. Leveraging current technology like AI would be great.

**What problems is GoldMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find GoldMine streamlines disjointed workflows and manual data entry by centralizing everything in one place, making it easy for me and other departments.

**What do you like best about GoldMine?**

I like that GoldMine is a B2B sales-first CRM that doesn't force us to adapt our complex enterprise sales workflows to a generic tool. It's built exclusively for B2B sales and account management with deep customization, a pipeline-centric design, and automation that eliminates admin work. Every core feature addresses the unique pain points of B2B selling like inaccurate forecasting, missed follow-ups, and siloed client data. The initial setup was also functional and straightforward, which was a nice experience.

**What do you dislike about GoldMine?**

Dense, non-intuitive navigation: The desktop UI has a steep learning curve for new reps—data is displayed in dense spreadsheets/forms, and common tasks (e.g., updating a deal stage, creating a follow-up task) require 3–4 clicks instead of one. This adds small but cumulative time waste for our team (we estimate ~30 mins/day per rep on clunky navigation).

**What problems is GoldMine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoldMine centralizes customer data and streamlines sales workflows, solving inaccurate revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility issues by providing a data-driven management system. It tracks deal progress and automates tasks for personalized client engagement.

GoldMine Premium is an on-premise solution allowing for more administrative control.

Email integration with Exchange Online.

The company needed a CRM and GoldMine was chosen many many years ago before some of the popular CRM solutions were available.  It's a CRM and meets a very basic CRM need.

I liked that it kept all of our contacts in one place, and had stellar reporting.

Could be difficult to use, and often times we found that duplicate leads were put into the system, and there was not an wasy way to ID this issue.

We used GoldMine to maintain our client base as well as to help it grow.

It is a perfect platform to track the business's financial and sales progress. It is awesome and easy to use. The filters and the contact list it maintain is really good tool in it.

Its integration is literally complex and customer support is also not fast in my case. features need to be updated

It helps us to manage the customer contact list which helps us to communicate with them very easily. It helps to track the complete sales of a business with the proper report and analytics feature.

It provides the feature to track and manage the sales pipeline. It provides the feature to schedule and track the task and appointments. It provides the feature of email marketing which helps to manage email for clients.

The customization option it provides is challenging and complex. It also creates difficulty to integrate with the existing system.

It provides a centralized database which helps to solve the issue of spreadsheets and member files. It provides a dashboard to monitor and track the sales record and generate reports. It provides a marketing campaign automation tool that helps me and my team to manage the marketing for customer service.
