What do you like best about Goldcast?

Goldcast has been a platform that we have used for a variety of event types. We have used it for a pre-recorded 2-day event as well as a live 1-hour webinar. We enjoy the customization of both events and the capabilities of Goldcast being able to accommodate both scenarios. We were able to create an agenda, add speakers, upload video and slides, do a Q&A, have breakout rooms, chat with attendees, and much much more. What really is the icing on the cake for Goldcast is that we always get quick and thorough help from our client success manager. They also have met with us after our events and have allowed us to give them feedback on some features we would like to see added or changed. What do you dislike about Goldcast?

While there is a capability to have a test even to make sure everything works as smooth as possible when you clone an event (which is how we anticipated running a test event), it does not bring EVERYTHING over, so you have to redo some of the speakers and other things. Recommendations to others considering Goldcast:

We have found that the benefits far outweigh any suggestions we've shared back with Goldcast. This works great for anyone who wants to make a high-quality online event. Goldcast even has registration pages that look great. Goldcast works in such a way that a small team can make an event look like something that took many more people to pull off. If you want to mix recorded video, live events, small webinars, and giant user conferences, Goldcast has handled all of the above for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Goldcast solving and how is that benefiting you?

We first looked at Goldcast because we had our first-ever online summit. We planned on having a few thousand attendees at once, so we needed something that could accommodate that size of an event. We also planned on having it all pre-recorded so we wanted the ability to have our videos uploaded and played in order to make it look and feel more like a live event. Goldcast was very intuitive to use, and their support staff makes sure the questions you do have are answered and you're ready for your event.
