We were initially a bit hesitant to try out a new platform. We were referred to Goldcast by a former colleague, and we’re so happy that we made the switch! The navigation was super simple and the platform is very user-friendly. Cherry on top post-purchase has been all that plus its phenomenal support team (they are super responsive, nice, and honest) and how quickly new value additive features get released. **What do you dislike about Goldcast?** Only minor improvements really, such as I wish no show status and demo requests pushed back into Marketo post-event (it's not too time consuming to pull manually though), and that the styling of transactional emails were easier to customize within Goldcast.
