Digital events are not 'extra' anymore. They are commonplace and table stakes. Being a person who works remotely full-time but who loves in-person events, I want a digital experience that still feels as quality as th ein person. Having just experienced a company event on Goldcast, I was delighted with the quality of the experience. **What do you dislike about Goldcast?** I had some set-up hiccups for my camera not being recognized. Starting the settings screen over fixed this, but this was the only 'hiccup' I experienced. **What problems is Goldcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were solving for digital event participation at a bi-annual company event that was going to be > 50% remote participation. The benefits for myself and what I saw from other participants was a delight with the platform and experience. ### 2. The ability to include both recordings as well as live event models divided into several tracks is helpful when managing large-scale summits. I personally love how hands-on the Customer Success and Support teams are. They are attentive, they listen, and they take feedback into consideration. I also love how the tool can be integrated with various CRMs and Email marketing systems. **What do you dislike about Goldcast?** It's a relatively new tool so some bugs need fixing, and some features need to be added to make the experience more seamless and UX friendly. Particularly when adjusting the landing page/agenda views, the ability to publish/unpublish/hide questions in the Q&A section, and provide various admin rights to team members. This used to be a nightmare experience with our previous platforms We were able to host 5 concurrent breakout sessions with attendees seamlessly able to move between each of them The networking features were endless – attendees were seamlessly able to interact with one another The customization capabilities were fantastic The customer support was amazing with our CS manager acting as our extended team – this was a gamechanger compared to other platforms we worked with. **What do you dislike about Goldcast?** None at all. During the meeting, the live streaming video was consistently smooth and high-quality. The life chat feature with emoji reactions for peoples' comments was a good way for vitual attendees to stay engaged. The tabs with other event information, like the agenda for the day, were easy to navigate. Overall a great experience. **What do you dislike about Goldcast?** There were a couple video hiccups where the video dropped out for a second or two, but honestly not sure if that was an issue with Goldcast or if it was with the on-site video production crew. The pricing models are simple and don't require to buy a million surprise packages. They have features that help engage audiences, like video Q&A that lets you bring audience members on stage to ask their questions. When things went wrong the staff was transparent and deeply interested in finding out what they did wrong and how they can do better next time. The platform is versatile and looks sexy. All the things I'm about to mention in the dislike they are fixing and keeping us in the loop about when the fixes go out. **What do you dislike about Goldcast?** The library only allows you to put everything in one giant folder vs. having smaller sub folders. There is no option to manually switch between one talk to another. There's not a global waiting room to meet with people so it's hard to find out where someone else is. All of these are being addressed. **What problems is Goldcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Goldcast made it possible for me to host a conference. I was able to seamlessly transition from my RTMP feed from my OBS, to another RTMP feed from a hotel, and finally was able to have speakers use the Goldcast software that ran on their browsers with no complicated setup for them. Goldcast made onboarding for our speakers and our staff easy and seamless and spent extra time explaining how to use the platform. ### 19.
